Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I place an order?
    Many items have links to forms to start the ordering process. After you submit the form, I will reach out to you to confirm the details, your total and method of payment. For other items such as wood signs, please send an email to or message me on social media and we can start the design process.
  • When is payment due?
    Payment is due immediately after an order confirmation message has been sent with your total. Depending on the item ordered, a digital proof may also be sent with the order confirmation message. Not all orders will have a digital proof sent. Orders are not considered placed until payment has been received and the digital proof has been confirmed (if required).
  • How to I get my order?
    All orders will be available for pick up in Glenview, Illinois. If you are unable to pick up, please let me know and we can discuss options prior to finalizing the order. Most items can be shipped and delivered for an additional fee.
  • Can I create a customized order?
    Most definitely! Many of the items we have created started as ideas from customers and we work together to bring it to reality. Simply email us at or message us via social media and tell us what you are thinking about and we can go from there.
  • Can I make changes to, cancel or return my order?
    As most of our items are custom or personalized orders, there are no refunds once an order has been placed as we have begun the process of designing and creating your item. If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your order, please email me at
